Benoit Talbot brings a little je ne sais quoi to the party. As one of the Agency’s senior personnel, he also holds carte blanche over any area affecting his DTD. That laissez-faire attitude further belies un homme oddly involved in everyone’s business, and who’s rating their screw-ups somewhere between ‘mignon‘ and ‘fucking hilarious‘.

Anyway, he’s French, but it doesn’t come up a lot.
